Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The 4Sync Referral Program (the "Program") is available by 4Sync, Inc. ("4Sync") that owns and operates the 4Sync service ("4Sync"). This Program is valid until terminated by 4Sync (such period of time referred to as the "Program Term") and is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Program enables the registered users of 4Sync ("Existing Users") and their friends ("Referred Users") to receive additional free period of their 4Sync membership (the "Referral Reward"). "Referred Users" are individuals who register a new 4Sync account during the Program Term. Each Referred User is identified with a Referral ("Invite") link, unique for each Existing User.
  3. To qualify for the Referral Reward, the Referred User must (I) register a new 4Sync account during the Program Term ("Account Creation"); (II) download, install one of the 4Sync mobile or desktop applications on a mobile device or computer, where 4Sync has not been previously installed, and log into their 4Sync account via the installed 4Sync application during the Program Term (a "Qualified Installation").
  4. The Referral Reward depends upon the tracked number of Account Creation cases, Qualified Installations by the Referred User and the type of the Referred User's 4Sync membership, as further explained below:
    • If the Referred User registers a 4Sync account via a Referral ("Invite") link from an Existing User during the Program Term, the Referred User will receive one extra free month of 4Sync membership upon the Account Creation and the Qualified Installation.
    • Existing Users will receive one extra free month of 4Sync membership for each Qualified Installation by a Referred User identified with an Existing User during the Program Term; and the additional two free months of 4Sync membership - for each purchase of 4Sync Premium membership by their Referred Users during the Program Term.
  5. 4Sync reserves the right to disqualify any Existing User or Referred User from the Program for noncompliance by the Existing User and/or Referred User with the 4Sync Terms of Use, including but not limited to the Program Terms and Conditions.
  6. The Referral Reward, attributable to the Referred User, shall not be removed from the Existing User's 4Sync account, in case the Referred User terminates 4Sync membership prior to the expiration of the Existing User's Referral Reward.
  7. If a Referred User receives Referral ("Invite") links from multiple Existing Users, the Referred User can only register a new 4Sync account via one Referral in the Program. Only the Existing User identified with that Referral will receive the Referral Reward.
  8. A Referred User can only register one new 4Sync account and complete the "Qualified Installation" of only one of the 4Sync applications via one Referral in the Program.
  9. All Referral Rewards, provided to an Existing User or Referred User may be used with the 4Sync account initially established by the Existing User or Referred User, as applicable, and any downgrades or upgrades of this same account, but cannot be transferred to a different 4Sync account.
  10. All Referral Rewards received by an Existing User or Referred User in the Program shall remain a part of such person's 4Sync account as long as such person has got the account.
  11. All Referral Rewards become a part of the applicable Existing User's 4Sync account subject to the 4Sync Terms of Use.
  12. The Referral Rewards in the Program may not be redeemed for cash, other products/services, transferred, or combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions made available by or through 4Sync.
  13. 4Sync reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the Program for any reason at any time in its sole discretion, including but not limited to unintended use, computer system errors, or any fraudulent activity.
